In the Syltek program listings, searches can be made through filters to find the data we need to see.
Sometimes, the filter we use in the listing is always the same. For example, in the product listing, I only want to see the active ones and not the discontinued ones.
Syltek incorporates the functionality of implementing a default filter in a listing. Next, we will see the steps that must be followed.
1.- Go to the listing to which we want to add the default filter.
2.- Apply the filter(s) that you want to have by default in the listing.

3.- Click on Search.
4.- Once the results are obtained, we will go to the menu My Listings/ Save.

5.- In the window that opens next, we will name the listing and check the box in the Share field if we want the rest of the system users to also have the listing when they access their session. Finally, click on Save.

Once we have the listing saved, we must set it as default in the listing. To do this, we will follow the following steps:
1.- Go to the menu System/ Default Searches.

2.- In the new screen, all the listings that exist in the program will appear. We must locate the one we want to customize the filters for (to facilitate the search, we can use ctrl + F).

3.- In the dropdown of the corresponding section, select the listing that was saved in the previous section

4.- Finally, click on the Send button at the top of the page.

Keep in mind: default searches are per user. If another user from the center wants to have the same default filter, they must perform the same steps with their session.
