Programmable Task Send email / SMS on birthday

The program has a series of programmable tasks that we can assign it to perform automatically with the periodicity we choose.

In this article we are going to see the one of 'Send email / SMS on birthdays'

To create it we go to the system / Scheduled tasks menu. New

If we open the dropdown next to the Description field we can see all the tasks

we choose the 1st or 2nd depending on the type of communication we want to establish with our clients:

1. Send Email / SMS on birthdays: If we create this task, the program will be in charge of checking the client database every day and when it finds a match of the current day with the birth date of any client, it will send an email / sms (depending on the option we have chosen) of congratulations on behalf of the club.

• Description: Select the task

• Observations: give the task any name you want

• Start: Select the day and time you want the program to start performing the task

• Type of periodicity: how often we want the task to be performed (days, months)

• Periodicity: in number, will affect the Type of periodicity field.

• Active: Leave the check marked if you want it to be active.

• Priority: we can establish different priorities when we have several tasks created so that some are performed over others (lower number higher priority)

Note: the congratulatory text is taken from the Configuration / Texts menu, the templates called 'Email / SMS Happy Birthday' we can edit the default text and customize it, always respecting the formulas that come in brackets [ ]
