TYPES OF CUSTOMER: Programmable task of changing customer type by age

The program has a series of programmable tasks that we can assign it to perform automatically with the periodicity we choose.

In this article we are going to see the 'Change of customer type by age'

To create it we go to the system menu / Scheduled tasks / New

If we open the dropdown next to the Description field we can see all the tasks

If we choose the last one, the program will automatically change the type of origin customer of a client to the type that we specify upon reaching a certain age.

• Description: Change of customer type by age

• Start: We select the day and time when we want the program to start performing the task

• Active: We leave the check marked if we want it to be active.

• Periodicity: in number, will affect the Periodicity Type field.

• Periodicity Type: how often we want the task to be performed (days, months)

• Customer Type (origin): we select the type of origin customer that the client has

• Customer Type (destination): we select the type of customer to which we want to make the change

• Maximum allowed age: in number, we specify the maximum age that the client can have for the change to be made.
