When a center worker stops working for the company so that they no longer have access to the program, the user must be deactivated. To do this:
Go to System/Users
Click on the worker's reference.
Click on Edit
In the State field, change the state to Blocked.

Click on Save
From that moment on, the user will not be able to access the program.
Important note: If the user has their session open, they can continue working in the program until the server updates or the user logs out. To forcibly eject the user from the session, the center manager must request it via support ticket indicating the user's reference.
