Deleted clients: all those client records that are deleted are moved to a folder called Trash that is located in the list of active clients. Deleted clients do not appear in the list of Active Clients but they also do not completely disappear from the program as they will continue to appear in all the lists where there is data for that client (List of Reservations, collections, etc).
We should never really delete a client, we should either change their type to non-member or put them on hold.
On hold clients They are not clients that are deleted, but clients who want to temporarily suspend their membership for different reasons but do not want to be removed as club clients. All on hold clients are found in the menu Clients/ On hold clients. To put a client on hold, you can:
- In the main tab of the client record, change the client's status to on hold.
- In the end date field of the client record, put the date on which they will be put on hold. The program will move them to the list of on hold clients on that day.

The Blocked status is used to prevent the client from signing up for activities or making reservations in their client area. To block a client:
Go to the main tab of the client record.
Edit
In the status field, change it to Blocked.

Important: the program does not find duplicates with deleted and on hold clients, so if a deleted or on hold client were to rejoin, we would not know that they were previously a member and we would lose the opportunity to take advantage of their old record with all the history.
