TOP-UPS: Programmable task to top up bonus by customer type

The program has a series of programmable tasks that we can assign it to perform automatically with the periodicity we choose.

In this article we are going to see the 'Recharge fixed amount of bonus by customer type'

To create it we go to the system menu / Scheduled tasks / New

If we open the dropdown next to the Description field we can see all the tasks

If we choose the 8th, the program will automatically recharge the bonus we have chosen, to the type of customer we specify with the periodicity and units we indicate

• Description: Recharge fixed amount of bonus by customer type.

• Start: We select the day and time we want the program to start performing the task

• Active: We leave the check marked if we want it to be active.

• Periodicity: in number, will affect the field Type of periodicity.

• Type of periodicity: how often we want the task to be performed (days, months)

• Bonus: We specify the bonus from which we want to notify the balance

• Amount to recharge: in number we put the balance from which or lower we want to notify

• Recharge Mode: we can choose between two modalities. Set Balance will cause each time the recharge task is performed, the previous units in that bonus will expire. Add to balance will cause even if those units are not consumed, they will accumulate to the new ones each time the recharge task is performed.

• Customer Type: We select the type of customer for whom we want this recharge to be made.
