Cancellation of a bonus recharge is primarily dependent on whether the club has configured cancellations to be credited to a bonus (for example, a voucher bonus).
You can check if the center has configured a bonus for payment cancellations in the Settings menu / Center, under the Reservations section in the Bonus Returns field.
Note: If part of the units of the recharge has already been used, upon cancellation, the system will deduct the same units from the recharge, resulting in a negative balance for the customer.
Returning a bonus recharge when there is no return bonus configured:
- Go to Billing / Payments / filter if necessary by any of the fields to find the recharge payment.
- Click on the payment reference.
- Click the Cancel button. The recharge payment will be canceled in the same method it was made, and the system will deduct the recharged units.
Returning a bonus recharge with a configured return bonus:
When the center has a return bonus configured, when canceling the payment of a bonus recharge, you can choose between returning it to the bonus or in the same payment method it was made.
If the recharge is to be canceled in the same payment method it was made:
- Go to Billing / Payments, filter if necessary by any of the fields to find the payment.
- Click on the payment reference.
- Click the Cancel button.
If the recharge amount is to be credited to the return bonus:
- Go to Billing / Payments, filter if necessary by any of the fields to find the payment.
- Click on the payment reference.
- Click the Cancel and return to bonus button.
