In sports clubs with schools, it is very common that we do not have a group of classes to offer to a specific client, either because their level does not fit with any of the groups we have created at that time or because we do not have enough people with their characteristics, facilities, or available teacher to set up a new group.
For these cases, we can use the generic waiting list, for this we go to the menu
1. School / Generic waiting list
2. New
A form opens for us to complete with the client's personal data and preferences.

The fields to be completed are:
Client: We put the name of the client who requests a place in our school, if it is a client already registered in our database, the program will find it, if not, it offers us an alternative to the search and gives us the option to Create new so that we can make a new record where at least, it is advisable to also take name and surname, a contact phone, and email.
Sport: We select the sport for which the client is requesting classes from the drop-down list.
Date of Birth: This field is automatically filled in with the client's date of birth in their record.
We select from the checkbox on the left the day or days of the week on which the client could attend classes.
Observations: it is a text field, we can collect any additional or relevant data from the client such as their level of play, if they have a preference for a specific teacher, etc.
Season: We select the season for which they are interested in receiving classes from the drop-down list.
Hours: We select from the checkbox on the left the hour or hours at which the client could attend classes.
4. Save.
This way we can create within this menu a list with all the clients and their preferences so that when we have a free place in a group or teacher and available facilities, we can filter within this waiting list and contact the future students to optimize the occupancy of our school.

Note: Within the courses (groups) we have a tab called Waiting List. This waiting list is specific to that course, it is used for a client who wants to be a student of that specific course.
