How to charge a customer for another customer's voucher

It is very common in clubs for a player to want to assume the part of another player's reserve and also want to pay it with the balance of their bonus, whether it is a wallet or units.

As you know, bonuses are personal (the program offers it to us as a form of payment for the customer who has recharged it and as long as their balance is sufficient to make the payment), but they are not transferable
