Many of you ask us how you can add a PDF file or an image with the center's regulations or for an event that will take place there and send it to customers via email.
We're going to show you step by step how to do it ⬇️
As you may know, to email all customers, you will have to go to the Clients/Active Clients menu. Select all or through the filters limit the clients to whom you are going to send that email, and once selected, click on the Send Email button.
You will see a screen where you can either write an email from scratch or select one of the templates you already have created in the program.
In any case, to add an image or a file to that email, you will have to follow these steps:
- You have to add that file or image to the program. This is done from Clients / Attached Files. From there, you just have to click on New and upload the file.
- Once uploaded, we have to click on the file and copy the URL that appears.
- Now we can go ahead with the previous steps to send an email (selecting the clients and clicking "Send Email").
- When you are on the Send Email screen, fill in the Subject, and in the Message area, we can write the phrase or word that we will link to the previous file. Select the word where we will place the hyperlink and click on the "Add link" symbol.
- Clicking will open a small window where we have to paste the URL of the file and click Send to complete the hyperlink.
- The last step: click on "Send (the email)".
This way, the email that customers receive will have the link so that when they click on the word "HERE", the attached image will appear.
