Many of you ask us how you can add a PDF file or an image with the center's regulations or for an event that will take place in it and be able to send it to customers via email.
Well, we are going to tell you step by step how to get it.
As you surely know, to send an email to all customers you will have to go to the Customers/Active Customers menu, select all or limit the customers to whom you are going to send that email through the filters and once selected, click on the 'Send Email' button.

You will see a screen where you can either write an email from scratch or select one of the templates you already have created in the program.
In any case, to add an image or a file to that email you will have to follow the following steps:
You have to add that file or image to the program. This is done from Customers/Attachments. From there, you just have to click on New and upload the file.
Once uploaded, we have to click on the file and copy the URL that appears.


3. Now we can go to do the previous steps to send an email (select the customers and click on 'Send Email').
4. When you are on the Send Email screen, complete the Subject and in the Message area we can write the phrase or word that we will link to the previous file. Select the word on which we are going to make the hyperlink and click on the 'Add link' symbol.

5. When you click, a little screen will open where you will have to copy the URL of the file and click Send to complete the hyperlink.

6. The last step would be to click on 'Send (the email)'.
So the email that customers receive will have the link so that when they click on the word 'HERE' the attached image will appear.
