The customer has the option, every time they receive an email, that we send them from the program, to put themselves on the Do Not Send List with the link below in the email signature.
If they are on this list, they will not receive any non-transactional emails, that is, we will not be able to contact them by email to send them advertising or any communication that we initiate.
When we send an email, whether it is only to this customer or a mass one, we will see that the result of the sending is Do Not Send List and therefore this email will not be sent to them.
To see the customers who are on this list, we have to go to Customers/Email Unsubscribes, from there we can see all the customers and remove some from the list, but be careful, only do it if we have the express request from the customer to remove them because they got in by mistake, because otherwise, under the GDPR, we can have many problems if we remove someone without their permission and send them an email.
If a customer asks us to unsubscribe, we can go to their record and in the Block/email button we can unsubscribe them.
The way to do this would be to go to Customers - Email Unsubscribes and click on the customer's reference that we want to remove from that list.


Once inside that window, we click on delete. That way we remove them from that list.
