MULTIPLE BOOKING: Modify a multiple booking

In this article we will explain how to modify future reservations of a multiple reservation, for example because they are going to change time, facility or day. To add more reservations without modifying the existing ones, see the section add reservations to an existing multiple reservation.

To modify a multiple reservation:
1.- Go to Reservations/ Multiple Reservations.

2.- In the list of multiple reservations, look for the one we want to modify and click on the reference of the multiple reservation.

3.- Before editing the multiple reservation, we must take into account that we must cancel all future reservations that will not be played. To do this, click on the Cancel upcoming reservations button. This will cancel all reservations from the current date and time to the last one.

Once future reservations are canceled:
1.- Click Edit.
2.- Modify the parameters that we want to change to the reservation: day, time, facility, etc.
3.- Click on Save.
4.- Once the changes are saved, click Generate new reservations to create the new reservations with the new configured parameters.
