TOP-UPS: Promotional bonus top-up

From Sytlek we can make bulk recharges in the bonuses of the clients without incurring an associated cost.

To carry out this action, the steps we must follow are:

1.- Go to the menu Customers/ Promotional recharge.
2.- Search for the customer(s) to whom we want to recharge the bonus in a bulk way (being able to use the filter if necessary)

3.- Select them by marking the check from the option This page or the N customers in case there are more than one page.

4.- In the new screen for bulk recharge of bonuses:

• Bonus: bonus to which the recharge will be made. in which we want to make the recharge.

• Quantity: amount to recharge (units or €) depending on the type of bonus to be recharged.

• Type:

• Add to balance: will add the specified amount to the balance that the client already had in that bonus.

• Set exact balance: will leave the balance of the selected bonus to the specified amount (this option is only recommended if a specific bonus is used for promotions.
