Any action taken in the Syltek program is recorded by who performs it and the date and time it is performed.
It is very common for reservations to undergo changes in time, installation, etc., and sometimes we need to know who has made such action to ask the person why the change.
Syltek makes available to users the history of each of the reservations created in the center. If we want to consult it, the steps to follow are:
- Search in the occupation the reservation from which we want to check the changes from the occupation or if it is a reservation that is canceled, it can be searched from the list of reservations.
- Once located, if it is in the occupation, click on the reservation and press the View details button in the options panel. If we have searched it from the list of reservations, click on the reference.
- Once on the reservation details screen, in the lower left part, click on View in the History field.

In the changes table, a column called Field is shown, which shows which parameter of the reservation has been modified, and two columns called Old value and New value where the value before the change and the new value are reflected. It also reflects the user who has performed it and the date of the operation.
