POS: Charging for a product that does not exist

Many times it happens that we need to charge a customer an unusual amount that we do not have in our list of products and that we do not want to create because it will only be used once.

For these cases we can use the Open Product functionality available from the POS and that allows us to charge any amount to the customer without the need to create the product.
