If once a scheduled scheduled task to change type of client is finally not wanted to be executed, it can be deleted.

Important note: A scheduled task to change the type of client cannot be deleted if the task has already been executed.

Cancel a type change for a single client

If we want to cancel a change of type for a single client:
1.- Go to the client's file to its Type Changes tab
2.- The scheduled task of type change that has not yet been executed will appear in blue
3.- To delete the task, click the Delete button that appears on the right side of the line of this client's type change.

Cancel a massive type change of client

If we have scheduled a task of massive client type change and we want to delete it, it would be a long task to go client by client deleting their scheduled task from their file. To do this, the entire task will be canceled, for this:

1.- Go to the System/ Scheduled tasks menu.
2.- In the list, it will be filtered until reaching the task that is being searched for. The filters that must always be used are:

• That the task is active.

• That the description contains Type Change.

• That the observations contain the reference of one of the clients that are going to change type.

3.- Once the task is located, click on the reference and Delete
