The cancellation of a charge is mainly subject to whether the club has set up cancellations of charges to be entered into a voucher (for example, the wallet voucher).
It can be seen if the center has set up a voucher for charge refunds in the Settings / Center menu, reservations section in the Refund Voucher field.

Important note: when a charge is refunded, the refund will be made with the date of the day on which the refund is made, thus affecting the cash register for the day.
Keep in mind: once the charge is refunded, it will become pending payment again, except for item refunds.
Refund of the charge of a reservation when there is NO refund voucher configured
Cancel the charge without canceling the reservation.
Go to Reservations / Occupancy.
Click on the reservation.
Click on View charges.
Click on Cancel at the end of the line of the charge to be canceled.

Cancel the charge of the reservation and the reservation.
Go to Reservations / Occupancy.
Click on the reservation.
Click on Cancel and refund the amount.

Refund of the charge of a reservation when there is a refund voucher configured
Cancel the charge with the same form of payment without canceling the reservation
Go to Reservations / Occupancy.
Click on the reservation.
Click on View charges.
Click on Cancel at the end of the line of the charge to be canceled.

Cancel the charge to the refund voucher without canceling the reservation
Go to Reservations / Occupancy.
Click on the reservation.
Click on View charges.
Click on Return to voucher at the end of the line of the charge to be canceled.

Cancel the charge of the reservation and the reservation itself
Go to Reservations / Occupancy.
Click on the reservation
Click on Cancel and refund the amount. This action, in addition to canceling the reservation, returns the money to the refund voucher.
