That the ticket printer does not print when we make a charge can be due to different causes. Below are the checks that must be made to rule out problems:
Check that the printer is turned on and properly connected.
Check that the printer prints by performing a test print of any document. If the printer does not print, the error will be due to the printer.
Check that the padel ball icon is in the taskbar. If not, run Printer Ticket or install it if the program is not installed on the PC.
Right-click on the ball icon in the taskbar. Then click on Select Printer. Verify that the ticket printer is selected.
In the Settings/Center menu, check that in the Reservations section the Ticket printer field has the tick placed.
If it is the first time you want to print with a ticket printer in the center, you must link it with the program.
