INSTALLMENTS: Edit or Omit installments in a massive way

In this article we will see how to apply changes to the installments in a massive way, either to change the price of an installment for a certain month (Edit) or to suppress it (Omit)

To do this we have to go to the menu

And we will filter by

Search

It will show us a list with all the installments that we have registered in the club.

We click on the reference of the one/s we want to modify and we go to the installments tab.

Here we can see all the clients assigned to this installment and their payment due dates

EDIT INSTALLMENT IN A MASSIVE WAY

1. We select the checkbox next to the month we want to modify

2. We click on the Edit button

This screen opens for us to enter the new price of the installment for that month

3 . Save

As we can see in the image, the price of this installment for the month of April has changed for all clients.

OMIT INSTALLMENTS IN A MASSIVE WAY

1. We select the checkbox next to the month we want to omit

2. We click on the Omit button

As we can see in the image, the installments for the month of April have been suppressed to avoid being issued and consequently charged.
