When creating a Sign me up, the program does not send anything to the client. It is the client who can see all the Sign me up that he has available from his client area in the Sign me up menu.

How to send a specific Sign me up:

You can send a specific Sign me up as long as it is not confirmed. To do this:

1. In the occupation go to the reservation of the Sign me up and click on it.

2. In the options panel click View details.

3. On the new screen that appears with the details of the reservation, we will click on the link in the Depends on field. The link will take us to the sign me up reservation.

4.- Click the Send Match button.

How to send all available Sign me up

The program gives the option to send all the reservations of a specific type of Sign me up at once. The client receives an email showing all the reservations that, due to their characteristics, he can sign up for. For this:

1. Go to the Reservations/ Sign me up menu.

2. Click on the type of Sign me up for which you want to send the available spaces.

3. Finally, click on the Send next Sign me up button.

If we want to send all the Sign me up reservations of all types, we will have to repeat the steps explained above with each of the types of Sign me up that we have in the center.

How to schedule the sending of the Sign me up

There is the option to free ourselves from the manual task of sending upcoming Sign me up reservations. The program incorporates the functionality of periodically sending the reservations we have of all types of Sign me up.

To schedule this task we will go to the System/ Scheduled tasks menu, click the New button.

The data for the new scheduled task are:

• Description: Notify new Sign me up!

• Start: Date and time when we want the first task to be executed.

• Type of periodicity: Select if the periodicity will be by months, days, etc. Normally for this type of notifications it is days.

• Periodicity: Indicates how many days or hours the task will be repeated.

Example: to send the Sign me up matches every Monday at 10 in the morning, a task will be scheduled with a start date of next Monday at 10:00 a.m., the type of periodicity days and the periodicity will be 7.

If you want to send the Sign me up on Mondays and Thursdays, you can schedule a task for Mondays and a new one for Wednesdays.

Important note: the program will send an email for each type of sign me up, there is no possibility of combining all the sign me up in a single email.
