In the program, products can be of three types (items, services, and fees).
Fees are used in School, to relate them to the types of courses and in Clients to relate them to the types of clients, although they can also be related to tags.
The steps to register new fees in the program are:
- Go to the Settings / Products menu

2.- Click on New
3.- In the screen that opens, complete at least the fields marked with a red asterisk.

Name: Detailed description of the fee.
Type: We will select from the drop-down Fee.
Subfamily: We select from the drop-down the subfamily to which this new fee will be associated.
Points per unit: if we put a quantity (it must be taken into account that 1 point is equal to 1 euro), it will reward the client every time they pay this fee with that amount, automatically recharging them with a bonus..
Discontinued: If we mark it, this product will no longer be available for sale.
Net price: it is not necessary to touch it, by specifying the type of taxes and the gross price, the changes are calculated automatically when saving.
Tax Type: Select the appropriate one from the drop-down list.
Gross Price: Put the public sale price of the fee.
Price per day: It is used mainly for school fees, in which case the price changes depending on the number of days the client attends the course. If we mark the checkbox, new fields are displayed to specify the price of the fee based on the days.
Periodicity: We will select the periodicity with which we want to charge that fee from the drop-down list. The options are:

Individual Day: the fee will come out only once, generally when we create a fee with this periodicity, the 'Start Day' field is left blank and the fee comes out on the day it is associated with the client.
Weekly: It will offer us the fee every 7 days, generally when we create a fee with this periodicity, the 'Start Day' field is left blank and the fee comes out every 7 days from the day it is associated with the client.
Monthly: It will offer us the fee every month.
Bi-monthly: It will offer us the fee every two months from the date we put it to the client
Quarterly: It will offer us the fee every three months from the date we put it to the client
Semi-annual: It will offer us the fee every six months from the date we put it to the client
Annual: It will offer us the fee once a year from the date we put it to the client, generally when we create a fee with this periodicity, the 'Start Day' field is left blank and the fee comes out from the day it is associated with the client from year to year.
Four-monthly: It will offer us the fee every four months from the date we put it to the client.
Daily: It will offer us the fee every day, generally when we create a fee with this periodicity, the 'Start Day' field is left blank and the fee comes out daily from the day it is associated with the client.
Customized: It will offer us the fee on the dates we specify from the 'Customized Days' tab of the fee itself.

From the 'New' button we can specify the dates

Note: It is generally used for fees whose collection is by natural year (January 1, 2019, January 1, 2020, etc)
Start Day: Day to which we will anchor the fee so that all the client fees are aligned to the same date that will attend to the periodicity of the fee. By default, we usually put 28 since they are the maximum days that all months have (including February).
Note: The advantage of putting the 28th day of the month instead of the 1st, for example, is that if we register the client in that fee after the 1st day, it will continue to offer the fee to that client. Regardless of the start day of the fee, we can issue and charge it whenever we want..
Direct Debit Receipts: If we mark the checkbox, then by default, every time we issue this fee, the debt status will be 'pending direct debit', it is usually when most clients attached to that fee pay it by bank direct debit.
Icon: It allows us to load the photo of the fee to be more easily recognizable from the TPV.
