When what we want is to create a single particular class the steps to follow are:

1.- Go to School/ Private classes
2.- Click on New class
3.- Redirect to the occupation. Go to the day on which the class will be taught and click on the court and time at which you want to create the class.
4.- On the new screen indicate:

• Duration: duration of the class

• Teacher: teacher who will teach the class.

• Reservation type: the type of reservations will be the one that will assign the price to the particular class except if the selected teacher has configured in his teacher's file prices for the particular classes taught by him.

• Students: indicate the students who will attend the class.

5.- Click on Create Class.

Create a multiple private class

When a client is going to hire several private classes within a period of time Syltek gives the possibility of creating them all in the same step. For this:

1.- Go to School/ Private Classes
2.- Click on New multiple class
3.- On the new screen, all the fields must be completed with all the characteristics of these private classes.

• Installation: installation in which all classes will be taught

• Teacher: teacher who will teach the classes

• Reservation type: the type of reservations will be the one that will assign the price to the particular class except if the selected teacher has configured in his teacher's file prices for the particular classes taught by him.

• From/ To: range of dates in which the student wants to attend private classes

• Avoid holidays: If the center has assigned in the schedules which schedules are considered holidays. If any of the classes that are intended to be created falls on a schedule that is considered a holiday, it will not create the class for that day.

• Start time/ end time: start and end time of the classes

• Days of the week: days of the week in which you want to attend classes

• Students: name of the clients who will attend the classes.

4.- Save the changes.
