When a student is enrolled in a course and the fee for that student is not generated in the course tab, it can be for several reasons.
To see what may be happening with the student's fee, the first step will be to check what periodicity the fee has and what its start day is. To do this:
1.- Go to the Main tab of the course
2.- Click on the type of course

3.- On the course type screen, click on the fee associated with that type of course.

4.- Once in the fee, check the Periodicity and Start day.

When the periodicity is customized, it means that the fees have as due date only the days indicated in the Custom days tab of the fee.
Once you know the periodicity and start day of the fee associated with the students of that course, the reasons why they do not have an assigned fee are:
The fee has a customized periodicity and the student's enrollment date is after any of those days. In this case, a receipt can be added to the client with the proportional part that remains to be enjoyed from the course.
Example: The customized days of this fee are 1/10/2017 and 1/1/2018. Since the enrollment of the student Pilar is on 28/02/2018, the program no longer has fees to assign from this enrollment date.

The start day of the fee is before the student's enrollment date: In this case, a receipt can be added manually with the prorated amount of the days remaining in that month, quarter, or semester.
Example: The periodicity of the fee is monthly and the start day is 28. Since the enrollment of Jesus is on 29/01/2018, the fee for the month of January has already expired and is not generated. The first fee that will be generated is the next one after his enrollment date.

If it is not any of the previous cases, the client must be removed from the course and re-enrolled.
