Set up the center's holidays

It is quite common to have to change the schedule of a specific day to behave like a holiday or a weekend day.

To do this:

1. - Go to Settings / Calendar.

2. - Locate the day that will behave like a holiday in both schedules and booking prices. To advance to the next month, we can use the Previous and Next buttons.

3. - Click on the Change Schedule dropdown

4. - Select the schedule that has been set for holidays, either a special schedule with special prices or the closed schedule because the club does not open on holidays. If you do not have any schedule for holidays, you must create a new schedule.

Keep in mind: if there are reservations made before the schedule change, these reservations will continue to have the price of the non-holiday. To have the holiday price, you will need to recalculate their price by clicking on the reservation and pressing Recalculate price.

NOTE: ANY CHANGES TO SCHEDULES made from the program will also be REFLECTED IN PLAYTOMIC.
